HAMILTON, ON – March 30, 2016 – Hamilton to host the IBBY Silent Book Exhibit from March 21 to April 14.WHAT:
IBBY is the International Board of Books for Young People. The IBBY Silent Book Exhibit is a celebration of wordless picture books from around the world and the right of every child to become a reader.
